Effective October 1, 2026. This covers automation.harrismultiservice.net, operated by HARRIS MULTISERVICE LLC (“we”). Questions or requests: support@harrismultiservice.net.
What you tell us. When you send the form: your name, email address, the system your data is in, and what you need. If you reply to our emails, what you write.
What your browser sends. When you visit or submit the form, our servers record your IP address, browser and device type, the page you were on, the site that referred you, and the date and time.
Advertising information. If you arrived by clicking one of our Google ads, the link carries a click identifier. Google Ads reports to us, for that click, the search keyword, the type of device, and your approximate location (city or region) — not your precise location and not your identity.
Our pages use the Google tag for Google Ads conversion tracking. It sets cookies that let Google tell us whether a click on one of our ads led to someone sending the form, so we can see which ads work. Google processes this information under its own policies — see How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
We do not use cookies to track you across other websites, and we do not run remarketing (following you with our ads elsewhere).
We do notsell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing. It is handled by the service providers we use to run the business:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Email support@harrismultiservice.net to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will answer within 30 days. If you did not send the form yourself and received our confirmation email, tell us and we will remove your address.
California residents may request the categories of personal information we collect and the categories of third parties we share it with, as listed on this page. Canadian residents have the right to access and correct their personal information, and may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if unsatisfied with our response.
Browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, and our site does not change its behavior when it receives one. We do not track you across other websites either way.
Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Credentials you give us for a project are held in an encrypted vault, never in email.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and its effective date.
