Acumatica → anywhere

Your ERP runs the plant. It should run the storefront too.

We connect to your system, extract and structure your data, and hand you a working result. You give us a login — not your team’s time.

We work across Acumatica, Shopify and more.

◆ You provide access. We do the rest.

How does a manufacturer sell online without rebuilding its product data by hand?

A manufacturer sells online without rebuilding its product data by hand by extracting what the ERP already holds, then filling only the gaps a storefront needs. The ERP has the item master, the pricing and the packaging; what it lacks is descriptions, images, option sets and the conversions between how a product is sold and how it is packed. Assembling those once, against the existing item master, is a far smaller job than rekeying a catalogue.

On a live manufacturing engagement the starting position was 820 products and three years of orders inside Acumatica, with no product content anywhere: no descriptions, no option sets, no UOM conversions, no drawing links. The deliverable was a structured catalogue plus a gap report naming every SKU missing a description, price, conversion, weight or drawing — so the client could see precisely how much of the job was data and how much was content.

Meet the Gateway

Getting your data out of Acumatica is step one. The real win is one server that manages all your automations — the Gateway. It sits between Acumatica and everything else, decides which system receives which data, and keeps an audited record of every transfer. Not a tangle of fragile point-to-point links. One place you control.

Every system connects to the Gateway — not to each other. Data flows both ways, on a single audited path, and only where your rules allow.

Controls who gets whatRules decide which system sees which data. Nothing moves that you didn’t allow.

Connect one system today, or connect them all — the Gateway grows with you. Nothing is locked in, and everything runs on access you grant and can revoke.

How it works

Step 1

You grant read-only access

A single login. We hold it in an encrypted vault and remove it when we’re done.

Step 2

We extract and build

We pull your data — items, pricing, orders, attachments — structure it, and build what you need.

Step 3

You get a working system

A catalogue, a feed, a hub — yours to own, on your own cloud account. No dependency on us.

“Give a stranger a login to my business?” — fair. Here’s how we handle it.

  • Read-only access. We extract; we don’t change anything in your system.
  • Credentials in an encrypted vault, never in an email or a spreadsheet.
  • Access removed at the end. We take our access out of your account when the work is done.
  • A signed agreement before anything is touched. You see a plan and a price first.
  • Your data stays yours, in your own cloud account, exportable at any time.

Questions we get asked

We have thousands of SKUs. Does this scale?
Extraction scales fine; the constraint is content. That is why the first deliverable is usually a gap and data-quality report — it tells you which SKUs actually need human attention rather than assuming all of them do.
Our product data is inconsistent. Is that a blocker?
No, it is the normal starting point. Inconsistency becomes visible and fixable once the data is in one place, which is most of the value of doing the extraction at all.
Do we need to replace our ERP?
No. The ERP stays exactly where it is and keeps doing what it is good at. We read from it; we do not ask you to migrate off it.
Who owns the result?
You do, in your own cloud account, exportable at any time. The engagement ends with a handover, not a dependency on us.
