Your systems, connected

Let software do the data entry. Let your people do the people work.

We automate the re-keying, copy-paste and data entry that eat your team's day, so the same people have time for customers, vendors and each other. You give us a login, not your team's time.

◆ You provide access. We do the rest.

What work should a small business automate first?

Automate the work where a person copies information from one place and types it into another: an order from an email into your ERP, a closed deal into your accounting system, the same numbers into a weekly report. That work has one right answer, it repeats every day, and it is where typos and late updates come from. Software can move that data between your systems on a schedule or the moment it changes, and hand a person only the exceptions that need judgement. The point is not fewer people. It is the same people spending their day on customers, suppliers and decisions instead of re-keying.

We start read-only. With a login to the systems involved, we map where the same information is entered more than once and how long it takes, then build the automations that remove those steps. They run through the Gateway: one audited path between your systems, so every record that moves is logged, and anything that does not match the rules goes to a person to review rather than being guessed at. Your team keeps the work that needs a human; the copying goes away.

Meet the Gateway

Getting your data out of your systems is step one. The real win is one server that manages all your automations — the Gateway. It sits between your systems and everything else, decides which system receives which data, and keeps an audited record of every transfer. Not a tangle of fragile point-to-point links. One place you control.

Every system connects to the Gateway — not to each other. Data flows both ways, on a single audited path, and only where your rules allow.

Routes every transferOne path in and out — not a dozen fragile links between pairs of systems.
Controls who gets whatRules decide which system sees which data. Nothing moves that you didn’t allow.

Connect one system today, or connect them all — the Gateway grows with you. Nothing is locked in, and everything runs on access you grant and can revoke.

How it works

Step 1

You grant read-only access

A single login. We hold it in an encrypted vault and remove it when we’re done.

Step 2

We extract and build

We pull your data — items, pricing, orders, attachments — structure it, and build what you need.

Step 3

You get a working system

A catalogue, a feed, a hub — yours to own, on your own cloud account. No dependency on us.

“Give a stranger a login to my business?” — fair. Here’s how we handle it.

  • ✓Read-only access. We extract; we don’t change anything in your system.
  • ✓Credentials in an encrypted vault, never in an email or a spreadsheet.
  • ✓Access removed at the end. We take our access out of your account when the work is done.
  • ✓A signed agreement before anything is touched. You see a plan and a price first.
  • ✓Your data stays yours, in your own cloud account, exportable at any time.
☁ Cloud-hosted Containerized — runs on Google Cloud or AWS, in your own account, not ours.

Questions we get asked

Will automation replace my staff?
That is not what we build it for. We remove the copying and re-keying from people's jobs, not the people. Most teams use the time for customers, suppliers and the work that was always waiting behind the data entry.
Do we have to change the software we use?
No. We connect the systems you already run, such as your ERP, CRM, accounting and spreadsheets, and move data between them. Your team keeps working in the screens they know.
How do you find what to automate?
Discovery. With read-only access we map where the same information is typed more than once and how often, and you get a written plan with what to automate first, the timeline and the price before anything is built.
What does it cost to start?
Discovery is a fixed $1,500. You keep the map and the plan whether or not you go ahead. The build is priced from what discovery finds, and you can pay for it in full and own it, or pay monthly with a pre-agreed buyout.
What happens when something does not fit the rules?
It stops and goes to a person. Automations handle the cases with one right answer; anything unusual is flagged for review instead of being pushed through, and every transfer is logged.
